Delete your ShenTarot account and data

This page is for ShenTarot: AI Lens, the app by ShenTech (Singapore) on Google Play and the App Store. You can use the app without an account, but AI readings need you to sign in with Google or Apple.

How to delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open ShenTarot and go to the You tab.
2. Tap Account (next to your sign-in status).
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email shenyunlongbusiness@gmail.com with the subject Delete my ShenTarot account. Say whether you signed in with Google or Apple, and send the email from the address of that Google or Apple account so we can find it. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your ShenTarot account ID and the record of which sign-in method (Google or Apple) it uses. We never store your name or email address with the account.
• The links between your account and your phones.
• Your usage records on our server (date, spread type and amount of AI text used), which we keep only to apply daily limits.

What is kept, and for how long

• Readings, journal notes and history are stored only on your phone, never on our server. Deleting your account does not remove them. To remove them, use You > Delete all my data in the app, or uninstall the app.
• Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or in your App Store account settings. Purchase records are kept by Google or Apple and by RevenueCat (our subscription provider) under their own policies.
• Anonymous usage records from before you signed in are kept for up to 90 days, then deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete them sooner at the same email address.
