Tarot card combinations
Pick two cards from a reading, or draw two at random, and see what links them: which one sets the theme, what their suits, numbers and elements say, and a question from each card to reflect on.
How to read two cards together
- Read each card on its own first, then ask how one changes the other. The second card often answers or qualifies the first.
- A Major Arcana card carries more weight. When it sits next to a Minor Arcana card, the Major names the theme and the Minor shows how it shows up.
- Try one sentence that holds both meanings. If it feels forced, look at the picture on each card for a detail they share.
