What the card shows

A rider in armour under a plumed helmet rears up on a galloping horse, holding a wand. The landscape is dry and pale, with pyramids in the distance.

Knights are action in motion. With fire as the element, speed and zeal are the point. The rearing horse shows momentum that is hard to steer, and the empty ground shows how little has been built yet.

▲Upright

Drive and adventure, with a question over whether the speed is aimed at anything.

Lightboldness, passion, momentum
Shadowimpatience, burning out, leaving before finishing
LoveStrong attraction or a rush of feeling; the question is whether it lasts past the thrill.
WorkA burst of productivity, a fast change of direction.

Is my speed carrying me toward something, or away from something?

▼Reversed

Energy is stalled, rushed, or scattered in several directions.

Blocked: wanting to move but held in place.
Excess: recklessness and haste.
Fading: enthusiasm gone flat.

What would change if I slowed down by half?
